Warren and Carter surnames

I am researching the surnames of Warren and Carter surnames who migrated from Marion county Mississppi in the mid 1800 to Cass county in East Texas.
Joseph Warren, Sr married Harriett Drake in the 1920's in Marion county Mississippi. In the late 1840's they moved to Cass county in East Texas. Joseph Warren, Sr died shortly after they moved to Cass county.Their children were Elias, Susan and Joseph Warren, Jr who was a Doctor. They were slaveholder's who purchased almost three thousand acres of land in Cass county.
