Looking for Harry Gordon Walker

Posted by April Hickman <a_b916@hotmail.com> on Sat, 06 Apr 2002

I am searching for information about my grandfather, Harry Gordon Walker. He was born in 1895 in Virginia to Watt M. and Addie N. Walker. I don't know what Addie's maiden name was. Harry was a chauffer for Charles M. DuPuy in Pittsburgh Pa in 1920 to ? My father, Wayne James Walker was born in New York City, Harlem Hospital to Harry Gordon Walker and Fannie Eardly. I believe my father grew up in Pittsburgh as that is where he obtained his social sec. card. Harry and Addie had 8 children at the time of the 1910 Virginia census. Their names were Harry Gordon, St John, Marlnd D, Barvey, Buford, Ethel, Herman, Burenn. These are the names as they appeared on the census. The spelling may not be accurate. I would greatly appreciate any information anyone may have on these people,
April Hickman
