Fishermans Chowder

Ingredients:

1 to 1 and 1/2 pounds fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes, mashed with juice
1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup light cream

Directions:
1 Combine fish, tomatoes, clam juice, onion, celery, carrots, wine, parsley, rosemary and salt in a slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.
2 One hour prior to serving combine flour, butter and cream in a small bowl. Once combined stir into fish mixture and continue to cook until mixture is slightly thickened. Enjoy!!!

If double recipe, use a 5 quart crockpot.
