im searching for my biological mother

Ive been searching for my mom since i was 13. her name is Angela Robin Caudell. She was living in bakersfield, ca. but moved to san antonio, tx. thats where i was born and all i have is a picture of her that my grandmother from my dad's side gave me. i must find her, can you please help? I want closure to this very emotional part of my life. please e-mail me if you are successful. good luck.
