Looking for Ross's from Maryland

Hi Jennifer

I am trying to help my son complete our family tree.
I know that our family is from Maryland. It has been said that Iam related to Harriet C Ross (Tubman). I see that you had posted that your grandfather was a slave. Was your grandfather from Maryland or did any of his family come from maryland?
