grandmother's father

I have about given up ever finding out who my grandmother's parents were...She was told her "aunt" was Ida Undercoffler...married name...Stonehill. Ida signed a paper saying that she was present when my grandmother was born...and the name given to my grandmother was Helen Caroline Rosco (e).......Her birthday was Sept.1, 1898...She lived in Norristown PA.
