I never met my real dad, and I want to know who he is

Hello my name is Myniceesia Page, I'm 22yrs old. I was writing because I wanted to know who my real dad is... My mother said she haven't heard nothing from him after he lefted me when I was a little girl... I wish I had a chance to see what he looks like... I know that I look like him... I'm 5'7 and weight 118 pounds and I'm mixed with Indian/Black has long hair and brown eyes... For my dad that I never seen before since I was little, well my mother said that he's brown-skinned, has long weavy hair, never drink or smoke, and last but not least he don't drink or smoke and I don't do that either... My mother said his name is Author Lee Mayor Jr... He might don't even know me, but I just want to see him one last time before it's too late...
