I was doing some genealogy research myself, when I came upon the South Australia website, and of course, Mike.

How are things with you - well, I imagine. My wife and I went back to NZ last year and had the most wonderful holiday.

I often think of my time there, and realise that the experience had life-long influence upon me. I am now retired from the police service after 30 years service, but have returned to the force to undertake some development work as a civilian.

I would love to hear from you if you can. Sorry to hi-jack your family history response site to contact you.
