PRINCE

I am searching for my ancestors. So far I am back to 1799 and William Prince from NC or SC. Census records show both at different census periods. Need wife's name (Lavina/Levenia) and parents of William. The family was in South Carolina in 1840, in Alabama in 1845 and in Mississippi in 1850. Any information will be appreciated.
