adopted nephew

to whom it may concern:
i am presently looking for my nephew who was adopted at age 2. he was born in ellenville new york. his mothers name was terri krom countryman. he was born in ellenville community hospital. he was in foster care for a while in rosendale ny. his birth name was scott krom but at adoption his name was changed and his records sealed. mother was white and father black american. birthday is the month of april, around 4th or 5th and the year 1975. the adoption transaction went through kingston ny. if you have any information please email me at above address. thank you
