Searching for relatives

My name is Thomas James Corse Age 56. Was adopted at birth by James Alfred Corse and Edna Kincaid Corse. Have strong reason to beleve real mothers name was Cora Esmer Kincaid Smith. Despretely need any information about my real mother and father and prosable half brother and sister. Brother's name Donald Smith and Sister Valery Jo Smith Brock. Both brother and sister beleved living somewhere around South Bend Indiana. Have no information at all on the real father. Cora kincaid Smith's parents was Edgar and Jenny Kincaid. Would like to find and information about medical records and posable living siblings.
