Looking for biological mother/father/siblings or family.

my name is Marie Dominique L and I was born on the 29 September 1985. I have posted in here before but I didn't get any response due to the information that I had back then. I'm 24 now and I clearly understand what's going on in my life now compared to before I was so confused and so lost I didn't know what to do or where to begin my search for my biological family. Now that I have some information about my biological mother, I really hope someone can help me; it's been 24 years now and I don't even know the identity of my biological parents or even family. Although it's been so hard for me for the last couple of years or so, I have finally found some kind of closure within myself but I still want to search for my biological family because I want to know answers and also get to know them. I am not a judgmental kind of person and I'm very compassionate just as long as your honest with me. Anyways getting straight to the point; now the hospital where my mum went to, to give birth to me was DJFMH which stands for Dr Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Makati Philippines - Manila. Apparently what happened was after my mother delivered me she just left me, I don't know why; but there's a reason for everything, I'm not here to blame her. The Physician that delivered me was Dr J. Rivera I'm not too sure whether he's still there though. The hospital kept me there for 3 months after I was born and then the C.R.I.B.S Foundation took me in and my adopted name was either Baby Lopez or Isabel Lopez, now Isabel could be my mothers name I don't really know. I was advertised in the Philippines in newspaper and on the radio, just to see whether someone would claim me but no one did. Anyways, I hope that if anyone knows about my biological family please do email me, I've been searching for a very long time now and I know that every child that is adopted feels the same way I do, but always remember is to be happy with what you have, I know that it's easy for me to say it because I have accepted already who I am as a person but off course I want to know who brought me into this world; every child deserves to know their identity. I hope someone can help me or know of something.
