ISO Birth Family (Cincinnati, Ohio)

I am an African American woman born and adopted in Cincinnati, Ohio. My Birthdate is December 1, 1978 and to my knowledge I was adopted at 3 days old from the Children's Home in Cincinnati. My birth parents from what I understand were young and I had an older sister who had some extensive health issues including "water or the brain"/hydrocephalus. I appreciate any and all information. Thank you.
