DOB 10/10/1958. Birth name Donna. Birth weight 5# 1oz. Born Sayre, PA 18840. Placed with adoptive parents 04/11/1959. Adoption papers signed 11/1959. Another woman seen in Sayre and vicinity looking "just like me." People say she could be my double or sister. One store clerk was insistant that she had just waited on me.
