find biological parents/family

I am a female and was adopted nov. 22 1967 in the Lockport or Buffalo NY area. My birth name was Rachael but was changed by my adopted parents. I know my birth mother was 17, and the birth father was 19. They came to the NY area for a vacation and gave me away. I think the Catholic Charities of Buffalo handled the adoption. I've been looking for my biological parents/family for a long time. I've always had a void in my life, needing to know where I came from and why I wasn't wanted. There has always been a part of me missing, like I"m not a whole person. I need to fill this void I have, so if someone can help me I will always be grateful. Thank You
