searching for biological parents/siblings

I was born on June 20th, 1945 at L.A. general hospital, Orange county, California. I am looking for my biologal family. I had a DNA test made, i am registered in Phoenix Arizona with Chromosomal Laboratories, Inc. I have no name to go by. I was cared for by foster care parents, Vernon Lee Smitka and Ruby Smitka. Ruby worked in L.A. general hospital during the time frame i was born. I called one John Smitka who told me that Vernon Smitka was his Uncle. I would love to know who my parents are and if i have brothers or sisters. Please, can you help me? Thanks, Vern p.s. on my birth certificate, Vernon Lee Smitka and Ruby Smitka are listed as my parents which they were not, as they were only my foster care parents. May God bless you for your help!
