Italy Pierantoni

My grandfather's dad came to the US from Frontone Italy around 1910. He went to PA and later to WY. I know he had two brothers in Italy (maybe Albert and Alexander?). His wife was Lucia Roselli. I would love any info on the pierantoni line especially any italian records. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
