help find my father

i need to find my birth father i belive his name is possibly mike fowler i was told he was a constuction worker around the syracuse and solvay new york area he met my mother donna macina in1972 and my mom recalls going to pennsylvania with him and that is where he was from so if any of this small amount of info helps thanks
