Geronimo, the Apache Warrior

I was told by my Grandfather before he died, that I am a desendant of the Apache Warrior, Geronimo! I would like to some how, check to see if in fact, I am. My children are interested to find out as well. Does anyone know how to go about tracking this information down? I would appreciate it very much...
