Stanley J. Sieracki's family in Jacksonville, FL

My wife's grandfather was Stanley J. Sieracki (b. 1904 in Meridan, Conn.). He played football for the University of Pennsylvania Quakers in 1925 and played for the Hartford Blues (one of the pioneer NFL teams) in 1926.

His parents were John Sieracki (b. ~1878) and Casmere (b. ~1878). His siblings were: Leo (b. ~1904), Frank (b. ~1905), Walter (b. ~1907), Theodore (b. ~1909), Joseph (b. ~1910), Mamie (b. ~1913) and Edward (b. ~1915).

It is thought within my wife's family that Stanley's father, John, was adopted, but the facts are uncertain.

All information and help would be appreciated.
