Can u help me find my real dad

hey i am nearly 16 years old and im trying to find my dad ive never met him before and his name is john Salmon he is around 45-60 not sure though.
he lived in pitlochery when my mum was about 4 months pregnant with me, but then moved down to england into staffordshire.
He worked as a technicien on the road and his nickname at the time was sam. i really want to find my dad as ive never met him and would like to see what he is like, if anybody has any information could they please contact me on my email address its gillian_bruce_93@hotmail.co.uk
