Finding my Birth MOM

I am a 39 year old female. By birth date is: Feb. 28, 1970. Place of birth was Anaheim, Calif, Orange County.
Birth MOM'S maiden last name is: MORRIS

I was adopted at 3 days old. Adoption finalized in Kings County, Brooklyn Court.
I now live in Merrick, NY. Would like to find my Bio MOM and ask about health issues. Very important. Hope to find you!!
