You might have been registered in Maryland,but the man my other and I live with,Josephus N.Wright,had a birth certificate for a Coreen Wrights,born in New York City,June 26th,1963(I might be wrong on some parts).He said the mother took her away from him shortly after she was born.ZThjey mispelled his name and put only Joseph Wright on the certificate.Mother was a Willie Mae.Green.I found it shortly after my mother die in 2001.I didn't recognize any of the names on it,so I burned it up(I figured anyone that old should alreasdy have one with her).Contact Department of Health,125 Worth Street,Room 133,New York,NY 10002,and they will send it to you.you can download the application,and order it on-line.I hope this helps.Good Luck!
