lost sister

In 1956 my dad had a daughter with another woman, not my mother. The sister was born in July or August 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. The only information I have on her was her mother had been married to a minister and that the sister's name was Judy. It would be great to find her because she would be totally surprised that she has 12 siblings. My father sang country and western music on the radio in Kansas City, Mo in 1955-56Responses
