Hi, My dad's mother's mother's parents (some of my great great grandparents) were Fokinthers (Adamson's Yard, Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorkshire). Great Grandmother Betsy Ann Fokinther married Robert Henry Wardle in 1897. Get back to me for more details if you like. Family legend has it that one my great grandmother's family was a sea captain.
