Nartatez surname

Aloha,

My grandfather, Placido Monar Nartate from Illocos Sur and married my grandmother, Louise Leilani Bernabe. She was half Filipino/Hawaiian, I believe my grandfather's mother's name was Valentina Monar. They had 12 children; 9 girls and 3 boys. I carry my mother, Pamela Wailani Nartatez's last name because she never married. Could we possibly be related? I live in Waipahu, Oahu. My cell # is 808 699 6174.
