Finding sister and brother

My Name is Steven Douglas Thibodeau. My father (Tommy and Cheries' former step father)was Thomas Thibodeau. My former step-mother (Tommy and Cherie's' real moms')name was Beverly. Beverly and my father were married and had Tommy and Cherie and Beverly had two children Larry and Jamie prior to her marriage to my father. . I am looking for my little Half-Brother Thomas (Tommy) Thibodeau and my little Half-sister Cherie-Anne Thibodeau. Tommy was the best-man at my wedding in Rocky Mount NC June 23, 1990. He liked cross-country skiing and had won medals at the Special Olympics--He also is mentally challenged.) Beverly divorced my father and the last known address I have for Tommy and Cherie is in Maine not far from Moosehead Lake.
