my dad is long gone

I need help finding my father.....he is somewhere out there and I need him...even though he hasn't Ｂξ€₦ there for me but I am giving him the opportunity to come to talk to me saying why is he doing all of this....I haven't seen my father since I was 3 or 4 years old. I think its about that time for me to find him. I dont have any money to look for him...if I did I would have been out where he is.... he lives in college park georgia but he isn't listed anywhere....I just need some help
