22 years no see my father

I born in Dallas, texas... my father beat me up when i was baby... my grandparent took me away so... last time i heard is my father is out of jail few years ago... but it hard for me to find my father for 22 years no pic of him or anything i need help to find my father it been 22 years and i am full fuck (excuse my language,sorry) deaf i am deaf gurl for 22 years to find my father... please help me!!!!
