An idea to get started in your search

Posted by good luck on Sat, 10 May 2008, in response to birth parents, posted by Lindsey Teates on Fri, 21 Sep 2007

i would suggest starting with the adoption agency you were placed in. Also if you can get as much info from your adoptive parents as possible. It takes alot of work to locate someone so don't give up hope. But definitely check with the adoption agency. If you know the county, city and state you were born in you could also try looking up your birth certificate (if you don't have it already), or call the county courthouse in the county you were born and have them send you a copy of your birth certificate. I hope that helps. I don't know how far you've gotten in your search since you posted this, but i wish you luck.
