Looking for biological father

Looking for Robert Fong. Graduated 1967 from St. Pius high school, Downy CA. At the time of my birth, 1969, he was a private in the U.S. Army. He had several siblinings, one of which was/is Cosetta Fong, St. Pius class of 1969.

I had gotten some information and search tips from this forum previously, but misplaced the information in a recent move. If anyone has any information about this man or any tips to help locate him, it would be greatly appreciated.
