looking for PATRICIA J. MITCHELL

I am looking for Patricia Johann Mitchell her fathers mane Is BENNY MITCHELL and he last saw her when she was a baby about 2or3 years old. when her parents divorced he was kept from seeing her. He would very much like to find his daughter. her last known where abouts were in FLA.
Please help me find her for him
