Jodie Ivan Ford

I am correcting the above message as some time has gone by. I am looking for my biological father: Jodie Ivan Ford who would be approximately 70 years old now. His date of birth: March 10th, 1938 in Fort Worth, Texas. His father would be Charles R. Ford and his mother was Effie Ford. He also had two sisters: Charlita and Peggy. There was also an aunt of his: Betty and her husband James Henson.
I am looking for my father because I would like to know what his medical history is/was. My health depends on this information. Please know that I am not in search of monetary relief as I have a job and am married to a wonderful supportive man. We make a good living and are happy with our lives. I just would like to know more about my medical history from my father's side of the family.
