help me find my dad i never met i have no money

i am trying to find my father but he owes child support so when the state finds him he runs and i want to find him to meet him i am 18 yrs old and want to know him but the stae will throw him in jail if they find him and i have no money i am really wanting to meet him and see him before he dies or something happens to where i cant meet him please help me
