Looking for a sperm donor

Ernie/Ernest/Earnest Picklesimer/Pickelsimer. Chicago trouble-maker. Police record, spouse-abuser, deadbeat. Looking for genealogical/medical information. Can find no record (police or otherwise) in Illinois, but I'm sure he hasn't left he state in 33 years. I'm told he has a drug-using sister and a mom who may still be alive and live in Illinois. This man would be in his mid-to-late 50's. Close friend of mine looking for information, but for safety purposes all information will be filtered through me. Yes, it's that bad. I'm using "backdoor" methods to gain more information based on my profession, but I'm utilizing every avenue available to me. If you can help, thank you.
