help me find my mom

Hello. my name is Karri. I am 14 years old. I am from Ohio, and born on April 27, 1993 in Wichita, Kansas.
My birthmom's name was Deanna or something. I really want to meet her and know who she is. I really dont know who my father is. I am a result of a one night stand. I really want to know who I belong to.
