Which country does my last name originate from?

I've noticed through the years the my grandmother's side of the family were all from England, as their last name was Newham (my dad's side). On my mom's side all of them were from the Netherlands. However, On my dad's side his last name is "Lemons" and I'm not sure where that originates from, any help would be appreciated.. Also, I'm sure Lemons isn't the whole last name as my grandfather told me..it was slimmed down to "lemons" when our ancestor came to America many years ago because they couldn't say his whole last name. Thanks.
