A sister I never met

Hello, I am the daughter of Nathaniel Williams who lived in Philadelphia, PA from 1940s thru 1970s. He was in the Navy and worked for the government most of his adult life. I have found a brother, Andrew Edler of Hampton, VA. We were lead to believe we have a sister, named Edna born and raised in South Philadelphia.
