my neice wants to meet her dad

please help my neice find her Father
His name is Robert Nitzel between 33-38 from Oklahoma, his daughter was born jan 13 1988 her mother was Debbie Blasingame.
his daughter wants nothing from him. as she is 18 and doing fine on her own

please help
