I am sorry I can't help you with the framily crest but my great grandmothers church baptismal record stated the following as her birthplace: Hohenwalde, Posen, Germany. This is located in today's Poland and the name has been changed but I don't have that at my finger tips. I too am searching for answers to the Rekow name.
