John W. Witherspoon b.1840 Pa

Hi,
I am looking for Mary E. and brother John W. Witherspoon.
They are both listed on the 1850 chambersburg, PA census. They are living with their mother Eliza ? and her new husband Jacob Wolfkill. Mary E. Witherspoon is 12 years old in 1850 and John W. Witherspoon in 10 years old. I don't know who their father is. Eliza their mother was born in VA. I have been researching all Witherspoon Genealogy books but I can't place mine. Do you have an Eliza born Dec. 25, 1810 in VA. she died in October 1886 but is listed as Eliza Wolfkill. Eliza Witherspoon did marry Jacob Wolfkill in 1847 Zion Church in Chambersburg, PA. but Mary and John Witherspoon were already born. Anyway I have no idea what happened to John W. but I am a direct decendant of Mary E. Witherspoon she married GEorge D. Caufman in 1861. Any help would be appreciated. Liz
