Plyler Gardlock old St Mary's cemetery Brookville PA

Posted by Kim Ayers <kayers6627@aol.com> on Sun, 08 May 2005

Once again mothers day comes and my mother is crying all day. All she wants is to be able to go visit her mothers grave and say some words. But this is impossible because her grave can't be found even though we know where she is buried. Her name was Ruth Edna Gardlock Plyler who was born in 1915 and died in 1952 in Brookville, PA. She was buried in the old St. Mary's cemetery in rose twp in Brookville, PA Jefferson County. There was never a marker on here grave and even the catholic church don't have record of where she is buried so we can put a stone on her grave. They say she is buried there but no one knows where.
The worst part is there are three children of Ruth's also buried there and the same thing no stone or location can be found. Can anyone please help? Even if there were some pictures of maps of the cemetery that we haven't found they might help.

Thank You Kim e-mail kayers6627@aol.com
