Finding my Great Grandpa's Roll Number

Hi,
My name is Tiffany. I'm trying to locate my great grandfather's roll number. I have no idea how to go about doing that. He was full blood Chiricahua Apache and my grandfather has no idea where any of his records are because sadly his father passed away when he was 5 years old. I'm also looking for family members. His name was Lee Roy Watkins...from Pope county Arkansas. If you or anyone you know may be related to him please let me know. I'd love to hear from you. If not please let me know if you can help me find his number.
