Hugh McELYEA, Sr/Rachel COOK

I'm trying to prove the marriage of Rachel COOK (28 Oct 1757/Rowan Co, NC-abt 1801/Jackson Co, AL) to Hugh "Hughey" McElyea, Sr ( 1753/York Co, PA-aft. 1850 Jackson Co, AL) Allegedly, the marriage took place abt. 1768 in Salisbury, Surry Co, NC. It would have been her 2nd marriage...the first being to Jacob Jessup in 1775.
