Born in Gainesville, Looking for Mom

I was born in Gainesville, FL, on 6/21/1961. A wonderful couple from LA adopted me, but I would really like to find my birth Mom, as I had a half brother and sister. I have had a wonderful life, but never had a sibling and would like to know my medical history.
