finding my birth dad

i want to find my birth dad ive never met him and everyday i think about if llife woul be different if he knew how i was and that i egzist.
im 14 yrs old and im from wales,mum had a one night stand with my birth father and the only thing she knows about him is that his first name is simon so if ur out there.!!!!!!!!!!????
