looking for family

I believe i was born around 6/27/66 in Dennison TX. I only know my birthname as Rusty Thomas (Hogue). The Hogue part came from a second adoption in the 70's somewhere near the lower state of OHIO.My adopted brothers were Nathan, Steve,and Danny Hogue, I'd also like to meet with them again someday.There was also a girl named Mary Beth Hogue who was a few years younger than me who went to live with Mr.Hogue and his new wife and the other boys but I wasn't taken with them and placed back into foster care. That was in East Liverpool,Ohio sometime around I believe 1973/1974.
