ORgin(s) of my name

Someone is doing this publishing report on names, and they've asked to be a part of it. EVerytime I put in my name it never comes up , or it gives me a name but it's missing like 2 letters. I would like to know where my name orginated from and or if it has any meaning to it.
If you could respond as soon as possible, I'd really appreciate it, because they're on a deadline.
