Voyles/Marshall

Posted by Betty Marshall Boone <cboone2@aol.com> on Wed, 30 Jun 2004, in response to Voyles, Bishop,Marshall, posted by Joyce Lashbrooks-Underwood on Mon, 03 Nov 2003

Hello, my cousin, Melva Wilson, and I, are researching the Voyles family of which we are both descendants. Our line goes as follows: Jacob Voyles, William and Hannah Rhodecia Bundi Voyles, Daniel and Emsley Markland Voyles, James A. Miller and Mary Caroline Voyles Miller, John W. Moore and Rebecca Ellen Miller Moore. John and Rebecca were our grandparents, our mothers were their daughters. If you already have a lot of info on the Voyles, you may have more then we do. There may be common ancestors in the Marshall line. My earliest known ancestor was Jesse Franklin Marshall b. 1777,in North Carolina, d. 1863, in Washington Co., Indiana. Betty Marshall Boone
