my qustions on adoption and fostering

hi all i am a 15 year old not able to have kids for a while and looking to adopt or foster my questions are:-
1. how hold do u have 2 be
2. can u live with paretns brother and sisters
3. if u foster under 1's can they share the same room as you for safety?
